Woah. I finished my exams! Haha. K anyway, would have expected myself to blog this right away on Friday, but I was not around. Yep, been quite busy until now. Heh. Post exams activities.
Came back to snooze after that Econs paper to prepare for the night's activity. Cool, our class actually organised a night cycling trip from East Coast up to Changi Village and then back. We had Geylang in our plans, but our time didn't allow it, so yeah, no dao huey and you tiao. Well, there's always next time.
Our cycling was quite, well, eventful. Out of 14 bicycles, 2 of them had tyres punctured. And one of them was my bike. Lol. Yeah, and we were on long Changi road that went behind Changi Airport. You know, the one that can see the planes taking off and landing very clearly? Yeah, that ulu long stretch of road. Yep, so someone (obviously that someone wasn't me) had to endure cycling a punctured bike for quite a bit until we hit Changi Village.
Reached the village at about 3am after 2 hours plus on the road, got ourselves prata and teh tarik by this coffeeshop, and rested there for a bit before setting off. Had to find some petrol station to get the bikes pumped, but the nearest was quite far away, somewhere near TPJC, so we had to send 2 people back to East Coast on taxi. A little mood-dampening, but yeah. I guess we had to do that. Anyway, the rest of us hit the roads, this time choosing to wind through towns and HDB estates to get back to East Coast.
By the time we reached back at 7am, I was dead shagged. Can't say much. Took breakfast at the Mac, hitched a taxi back hall and slept like a log until the afternoon.
Met up with the guys at night for dinner and movie. Dinner was so traditional. NYDC, pasta with ice cream float. Woot. I don't know, with Hui, Tan, Leong, Dau and the rest, we almost always end up in NYDC, but I'm not complaining. Heh.
Harry Potter was cool (remind me I'll have to borrow the book from someone), but please remind me never to agree to Cine front row seats. It's not as bad if it's 2nd row, but the front row simply cannot make it. Yeah, anyway, the movie was darn long, almost 3 hours. By the time we finished we were just in time to catch the last train to Kranji. Yeah, Kranji, it doesn't even extend to Jurong East. The best plan was to get back to Hougang, and get Yi to drive me back Boon Lay. Lol, the original plan was to send everyone home, but turns out everyone wanted a spin in the van. All 6 of us squeezed in Yi's van, got ourselves a bumpy ride to hall. Slacked around in my room, then headed opposite for prata (again) before they left.
Slacked the sunday away gaming.
Ah. Just about summed it up I guess. Whew. Ya, I'm really glad exams are over. Seriously hoping fun days are coming.
